Claims for Shortage-Damage

Any claims for shortages or damage in shipping, must be reported by the buyer within 7 days of receipt of goods, or the minimum number of day allowed by law, whichever is greater.
If an item is damaged, do not attempt to fix it.


Return of Merchandise Time frame

You can return most items for Refund or Exchange up to 30 days of receiving the item.
All items must be in there original baggies.

The following cannot be returned for refund or Exchange
  1. Pre-notched or Cast Settings (Rings,Earrings,Pendants, Heads, Dangles etc) which you've attempted to set.
  2. Rings that we've sized for you.
  3. Any item that we set for you.
  4. Any Snap-tites Settings that you've attempted to set or we set for you.
  5. Any Gemstone that we cut for you or Jewelry that we produced, just for you.

All Returns must be insured for value and have an RMA # on the package being returned or they will be refused and returned to sender.Uninsured returns will not be accepted.

All Returns are subject to 15% restocking fee.
No returns are accepted past 30 days from date the shipper shows delivered.

ALL Items Returned for Refund are subject to a 15% Restocking Fee.
Shipping/Handling is non-refundable on any order.

How to Return Merchandise

All Returns must be insured for value and have a valid RMA # on the outside of the package. Any uninsured packages, or without a valid RMA # will not be accepted and returned to sender. All Items must be returned in their original packaging and must be in packaging similar to what they were sent in.(either padded envelopes or a box)
Do not use regular envelopes for returns, as they go through Post office rollers and damage the product, so they will be refused.

Any Setting which you have attempted to set, cannot be returned for refund.




Delivery Title and Risk of Costs

Jewelers Network shall in no event be liable for any direct, indirect, special, consequential or any other damages caused to buyer due to a delay in, failure of, errors in, or damage during the shipments of these goods.

Limits of Liability

In no event or circumstance shall  Jewelers Network in any way be liable for any loss, risk of loss, or damage, either direct or in direct, or for any direct or indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of any product contained on the face of this document. Seller shall not be responsible for loss of income, potential income, data, or information or damage to any item as a result of the use, misuse or failure of any items listed or described on the face hereof.
